Ayal is a guitarist, composer, and producer who has created music that has been featured in films, television shows, records, and concerts.  His music has been played in Bravo’s Vanderpump Rules, ABC’s Modern Family, and prestigious ensembles in both the U.S. and Israel. After moving to Los Angeles, Ayal performed in the city’s most popular venues, leading a funk-jazz trio and playing guitar/bass with other bands.

Ayal was born and raised in a small village in Southern Israel. He joined several local bands, learning to play guitar and performing at an early age. He moved to Tel Aviv to study Israel’s top music school, Rimon, where he developed skills in piano and guitar. He studied both classic and modern composition. Following graduation, Ayal quickly jumped into the Israeli music scene. He co-founded The Spinning Wheels, a ten piece funk-rock band and was the lead guitarist and co-arranger in other jazz/rock groups. He has performed in the country’s most famous venues, festivals and theaters. He worked with the Ramat Gan Symphony Orchestra as assistant conductor and co-producer.

Ayal received a scholarship by Berklee College of Music in Boston, where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in Film Scoring and received Magna Cum Laude honors. As a Berklee student, Ayal composed original pieces that have been performed at various concerts, including the Kalisto Chamber Orchestra concert. The vast experience he has accumulated has helped him impart his knowledge onto students while providing a fun experience for learning guitar.
